We are pleased to offer a Free same day delivery service in Galway City on orders over €49 when placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm are scheduled for next day delivery. For orders less than €49 there is a €4.99 charge.

This is a Monday to Friday service excluding Public Holidays. Deliveries will most likely be between 6pm and 9pm.

Due to the Covid-19 impact on courier companies, nationwide next day delivery may not always be possible currently, our courier aims to deliver all orders as quickly as possible but please allow 2-5 days for delivery.

To ensure swift delivery please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel at the delivery address you specify.

If you would prefer your order to be sent with An Post instead of our courier, please contact us by email at  customerservice@universitypharmacy.ie  as soon as your order is placed and we will arrange this for you.

Delivery Terms

Orders for Nationwide Delivery placed Monday to Thursday before 10.00 am are shipped with Next Day Delivery**. Orders placed on Friday before 10.00 am will usually be dispatched on Friday for Monday delivery. All orders processed after 10.00 am Friday through to Sunday will be dispatched Monday for delivery on Tuesday (except Public holidays).

International Deliveries

We do not process orders for International delivery currently. We will be able to offer this service in the future. Please check back with us.

What if I haven’t received my order, or I have a problem?

Please contact our Customer Service Team at  customerservice@universitypharmacy.ie

To arrange a Click & Collect order, add your items to your basket as normal and select  I'll Collect My Order as your delivery option when checking out. Full payment will be taken at checkout.

We will contact you to let you know when your order is ready for collection. Current times are 1-3 working days, but please ensure that you wait until we confirm that your order is ready before visiting the store.

We will hold your order in store for 7 days. If not collected within 7 days we will contact you to arrange a refund to your original method of payment.

If you are unable to collect your order once it is ready, please contact us at  customerservice@universitypharmacy.ie  and we will try to assist you in making alternative arrangements.
